Point 1: Jesus knows his own people, and draws out his own flock from a “mixed fold”, representing Judaism (1-5)

Point 2: Jesus nurtures his own people (6-10)

Point 3: Jesus dies for his own people - including gentiles (11-18)

Point 4: The reaction of the Jews: Jesus transforms his own people – he opens blind eyes. (19-21)
